5.5kW Stainless Steel 304 Submersible Mixer for 60 C POME Freshly discharged palm oil mill effluent leaves the mill at 60 to 80 C and carries free fatty acids, residual oil and fine fibre. A standard cast iron mixer will corrode in that service, so the QJB5.5/12-620/3-480S is built with a stainless steel 304 body and propeller, H class insulation, and Viton seals to survive continuous operation in hot acidic effluent. The 1800 N thrust is enough for a deep de-oiling tank
